This is a right-handed Dyad casement operator with a white finish. The actuating arm is jointed with a clip on the end that catches onto the stud bracket that fits onto the sash. Hardened steel arms, worm drive and gears are protected with a corrosive resistant finish. The mounting holes are a blind tap meaning that the screws thread through the window frame and into the back of the operator housing.
